I work directly with customers to ensure the completion of their projects, manage resources, and solve issues. I work with the Joomla CMS system and ConnectWise Extensively but not solely. I Build customer relations and provide customer service along with some sales and product innovation. My duties include, Project Management, Customer Service, Scheduling, Web Design (HTML, CSS, PHP, JS,etc) Graphic Design (Photoshop, Illustrator, Publisher, InDesign, etc) and ConnectWise PSA Work. Essentially my role at the company is to manage projects from start to finish, delegate tasks to various team members and myself and ensure quality control while working within the time frame of profitability.
